Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of AI tokens?
You will get an email notice when you reach 80% of your monthly usage. Buy a token top-up pack or upgrade your plan right from your dashboard.
Do unused tokens roll over to next month?
No. Token allowances reset every billing cycle and do not accumulate. Pick the plan that fits your usual monthly usage.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans on Studio and above.
How does annual billing work?
Switch to annual and save 20% — the equivalent of 2 months free per year. Billed once a year, cancellable before the next renewal.
How are Agency and Publisher different?
Agency supports up to 40 client projects and adds multi-client dashboards and video tools. Publisher removes the project cap and adds advanced reports, playbooks, editorial calendar, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Can I add team members?
Team collaboration starts on the Studio plan. Each tier allows a different number of seats. Contact us for custom seat configurations.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and never sell your data.
